About Tamada

What is Tamada?

A service for booking excursions around Georgia, run with guides who live here. You choose an excursion on the site, send a request in a minute without registering, the guide confirms — and you pay the guide in person on the day. The assistant stays in touch with you in your messenger before, during and after the trip.

Who runs the excursions?

Guides — independent professionals with their own experience, languages and cars. Each has a page on the site: years of experience, languages, vehicle, excursions and reviews. We check guides when they join — experience, documents, car, reviews — and keep an eye on quality through feedback. Your agreement for the excursion is with the guide; Tamada is the intermediary and your assistant. Details are in the Terms of Service.

How is Tamada different from other excursion services?

Three things. No prepayment and no card: you pay the guide in person once the excursion has taken place. A real person in your messenger for the whole trip, not a feedback form. And guides shown as people: you see in advance exactly who will drive you, in which car, and what other travellers say about them.

Is there a mark-up or service fee?

No. You pay only the price on the excursion page — our share is inside it, nothing on top. Using the site is free, and there is no registration.

Which languages do the site and the assistant work in?

The site is in Russian and English — the switch is in the header. The assistant replies in Russian or English, whichever you write in. The languages a guide runs excursions in are listed on the excursion page and in the guide’s profile; the catalogue has a language filter.

Which regions of Georgia do you cover?

All regions: Tbilisi and its surroundings, Mtskheta, Kakheti, Kazbegi, Imereti, Svaneti, Adjara and more. What is available right now is in the “City / region” filter of the catalogue. Can’t find the destination you want — describe it in Create a trip or message the assistant.

Who operates the service?

The site is operated by Nikolai Pavlov, an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia. Full details are in the Terms of Service. For formal matters, email admin@tamada.com.ge.

Booking

How do I book an excursion?

Open the excursion page, pick a date in the calendar (only the guide’s free days are shown) and the number of participants, leave your name and a messenger contact — and send the request. No registration and no bank card needed; it takes a minute. The full rules are in the Booking and Cancellation Rules.

Do I need to register?

No. No account, no password, no card. Right after you send the request you will see a link to your personal “My Trip” page — save it; the assistant will also send it to your messenger. Everything about your bookings is there.

What happens after I send a request?

The guide receives it immediately and usually replies within 2 hours between 09:00 and 23:00 Tbilisi time. Within 30 minutes the assistant will message you: the booking code, what we received and the link to “My Trip” (for a night-time request — in the morning by 09:30). As soon as the guide replies, the assistant will write again; the status is also on “My Trip”, and the page updates itself. If the guide is not available on your date, we will offer another date or another guide. If there is no reply within 2 hours, the assistant steps in.

Is a request already a booking?

No — a request is a request. It becomes a booking when the guide confirms it: from that moment the guide has reserved the day and the car for you (on a private excursion) or seats in the group (on a group excursion). Until confirmation, neither you nor the guide is committed.

How quickly does the guide confirm?

Usually within 2 hours between 09:00 and 23:00 Tbilisi time. A request sent at night is answered in the morning. The assistant will message you about the guide’s decision within 30 minutes of the reply; on “My Trip” the status changes straight away. If there is no reply after 2 hours, the assistant steps in: checks with the guide or finds another one.

I sent a request at night. When will I hear back?

In the morning: the assistant will message you by 09:30 Tbilisi time, and the guide will see the request from 09:00 and reply within 2 hours. The guide already has your request, and the status is on “My Trip”.

How far ahead can I book?

From tomorrow up to 90 days ahead. Need a later date — message the assistant and we will arrange it by hand.

Can I book for today?

Not through the site — the calendar opens from tomorrow. Message the assistant: they will ask which guides are free and, if it works out, make the booking for you — you will get a link with the confirmation. No promises, but we do try.

What is a booking code?

A short code like #BDJSLP — it is on “My Trip” and in the assistant’s first message. Quote it to the assistant or the guide — it lets us find your booking instantly.

What is “My Trip”?

Your personal page with no password. The link appears on screen right after you send the request, and the assistant sends it to your messenger too. The page shows the status of each booking (it updates itself), the code, the guide’s contact once confirmed, the meeting point and time, and an “add to calendar” button. Don’t forward the link to anyone: it shows your name and contact.

I have lost my “My Trip” link.

Message the assistant from the same messenger you gave in the request and quote the booking code or the excursion date — we will send the link again.

I didn’t get a message after my request.

The assistant writes within 30 minutes during working hours (09:00–23:00 Tbilisi time); for a night-time request — in the morning by 09:30. If that time has passed, check that the messenger and contact in your request are correct and that unknown accounts can message you: in Telegram — privacy settings, in WhatsApp — the number with the country code. And message the assistant yourself, quoting the booking code or your name and the date. In any case, the code and status are on “My Trip” — the link was shown on screen after you sent the request.

The guide declined my request. What now?

It means they can’t make that date. We will offer options straight away: another guide on the same date with the same programme, or another date with this guide. If nothing suits you, the request simply closes and you owe nothing.

Can I choose a specific guide?

Yes. Open the Guides section and pick a guide — all their excursions are on their page. A request sent from that page goes to that guide.

Why isn’t the date I want in the calendar?

The calendar shows only the days the guide has opened as free; busy and closed days are hidden. Look at the same excursion with another guide, or message the assistant — they will check whether the guide can open the day.

Can I book several excursions?

Yes — a separate request for each. They all gather on one “My Trip” page. Want a multi-day programme put together as a whole — describe it in Create a trip and we will build it for you.

Can I book for friends or parents?

Yes. Give your own contact — the guide and the assistant will be in touch with you. You are responsible for making sure your companions know the excursion terms and the rules. A request can be sent by a person over 18.

Can I book through the assistant rather than on the site?

Yes — message the assistant with what you want, when and how many of you. They will make the request for you, and you will get the same “My Trip” link. The rules are the same.

Prices and payment

What currency are the prices in?

Georgian lari — that is the main and final price. Amounts in dollars, euros and roubles are shown for convenience at the National Bank of Georgia rate; you can switch the currency in the header. If you pay in another currency, the amount is calculated at the rate on the day of payment.

What do “per car” and “per seat” mean?

A private excursion costs a fixed amount per car — however many of you there are, within the vehicle’s capacity. A group excursion is priced per seat: each participant pays their own price, and other travellers ride in the same car or minibus.

Is there a discount for children?

No: a child takes a seat like an adult, and there is no separate child price. Count children in the total number of participants and mention their ages in the comment — the guide will bring a child seat if one is needed.

What does the price include?

What is listed on the excursion page under “What’s included”. Unless stated otherwise, entrance tickets, food and tastings beyond those listed, personal expenses and tips are not included.

Is prepayment required?

No. There is no prepayment, and Tamada does not take money from travellers. Your booking is held by the guide’s confirmation, not by money. If anyone asks you to transfer money “to secure the booking” on Tamada’s behalf — that is not us.

How and when do I pay?

To the guide on the day of the excursion, usually in cash in lari. If you would like to pay by card, by transfer, or in dollars or euros — message the assistant in advance and we will arrange it with the guide; an amount in another currency is calculated at the rate on the day of payment.

Can I pay by card?

By arrangement with the guide — tell the assistant when you send the request or right after confirmation. Note that cards issued by Russian banks do not work in Georgia; cash dollars and euros can be exchanged anywhere.

Will I get a receipt?

The guide issues the payment document — tell them in advance that you need one. Tamada does not take payments and does not issue documents for excursion payments.

Can the price change after I book?

No. The price is fixed at the moment of your request: if the price on the site changes afterwards, yours stays the same. The one exception is a change in the number of participants on a group excursion, where the price is per seat.

Can I ask for a discount?

Prices on the site are the guides’ prices; there is no haggling, and that is fair to everyone. A group excursion instead of a private one, or a shorter excursion, will cost less. If you came via a partner’s QR code — a guesthouse or a hostel — the discount on the banner is applied automatically.

How do partner QR-code discounts work?

If you came to the site via the QR code or link of a guesthouse or a hostel, a banner with a discount (for example, 5%) appears at the top. It is valid for 30 days on requests made through the site, fixed at the moment of the request and taken into account when you pay the guide. Discounts do not stack. Details are in the Booking and Cancellation Rules.

The partner discount wasn’t applied. What should I do?

The discount is remembered for 30 days in the browser where you opened the link or QR code. If you sent the request from another device or in incognito mode, open the partner link again and send the request from the same browser. Already sent it — message the assistant with the booking code and the partner’s name, and we will sort it out.

Should I tip?

Tips are not included and are entirely up to you. The best thank-you for a guide is a review on the site — the next travellers will see it.

Changes and cancellation

How do I move the excursion to another date?

Write to the assistant or to the guide — the contacts are on “My Trip”. Moving to another date is possible with the guide’s agreement, if that date is free. Less than 24 hours before the start — by agreement with the guide.

How do I change the number of participants?

Write to the assistant or to the guide. The party can change within the vehicle’s capacity: on a private excursion the per-car price stays the same, on a group excursion the per-seat price is recalculated. Less than 24 hours before the start — by agreement with the guide.

How do I cancel a booking?

Write to the assistant or to the guide — the contacts are on “My Trip”. No later than 24 hours before the start, cancellation is free and no questions asked. There is no separate “cancel” button on the site — one message in your messenger is enough. All the rules are in the Booking and Cancellation Rules.

What if I cancel less than 24 hours before?

There are no penalties, but please still write: the guide has set the day aside for you and will be able to offer it to others. Cancelling without notice counts as a no-show — after a repeated no-show we may decline your next requests.

Are there cancellation fees?

No. You paid nothing in advance, so there is nothing to withhold. The one thing we ask is that you let us know rather than disappear.

What if the guide cancels?

Illness or a broken-down car — it happens. We will offer a replacement straight away: another guide with the same programme and price, or another date with the same guide. If nothing suits you, you cancel with no consequences.

What happens if the weather turns bad or a road is closed?

Mountain roads and passes are sometimes closed, and sites may be inaccessible. The guide decides based on the actual conditions: they will suggest adjusting the route or moving the date. If travelling is unsafe and the excursion does not take place — you pay nothing. If it has to be cut short en route — payment for the part delivered is agreed with the guide in proportion.

Will the excursion be cancelled because of rain?

Rain on its own is not a reason to cancel. The date is moved or the route changed when travelling is unsafe: a closed pass, heavy snow, avalanche risk. The evening before, you can ask the assistant what the guide says about the road. We do not guarantee the weather forecast.

What if the group excursion doesn’t fill up?

We will let you know no later than a day in advance and offer a choice: another date, a private format with a surcharge at the per-car price, or cancellation with no consequences.

Can I change the guide after confirmation?

Yes: cancel the booking (no later than 24 hours before — free and no questions asked) and send a new request to another guide. Or message the assistant — they will help you choose and rebook.

Can I switch to a different excursion?

Yes, in the same way: cancel and send a new request, or go through the assistant — they will rebook for you.

On the day

Where and when do we meet?

The meeting point and time appear on “My Trip” after confirmation, with a map link. Before confirmation, the excursion page shows the usual meeting point and start time.

Can the guide pick us up from our hotel?

Often, yes — but it depends on the route and the address. Put the address in the comment to your request, or tell the assistant after confirmation — the guide will say whether it is possible.

How do I contact the guide?

After confirmation the guide’s contact appears on “My Trip” — message them directly. Before confirmation, write to the assistant — they will pass your question to the guide and come back with the answer.

How long will the guide wait if I’m late?

30 minutes on a private excursion and 15 minutes on a group excursion. Running late — message the guide straight away: most often they will wait, but the excursion is shortened by the delay so that the rest of the programme is not lost.

What if I don’t turn up and don’t let anyone know?

Once the waiting time is over, it counts as a no-show: the group leaves, and the guide of a private excursion is free. There is no charge for a no-show, but after a repeated no-show we may decline your next requests.

We can’t find the guide at the meeting point.

Message the guide or call them in the messenger — the contact is on “My Trip” — and at the same time message the assistant with the booking code: they will reach the guide from their side.

What should I bring?

Comfortable shoes, water, a warm layer even in summer — it is cool in the mountains, sunscreen and sunglasses, cash in lari for the excursion, tickets and lunch. For churches and monasteries — covered shoulders and knees, a headscarf for women (usually provided on site). An ID document — as on any trip.

What is the dress code in churches and monasteries?

Covered shoulders and knees; a headscarf for women. Scarves and wrap skirts are usually provided at the entrance. The guide will remind you before the visit.

What car will we travel in?

The guide’s car is shown in their profile and on the excursion page: model, number of seats, photos. Guides drive roadworthy vehicles with documents and insurance.

Will there be a child seat?

Yes, if you mention the child’s age in the comment to your request — the guide will bring a seat. Forgot to — tell the assistant after confirmation.

Can I bring a dog?

It depends on the guide and the car. Mention it in the comment to your request — the guide will answer when confirming.

Can the guide change the programme?

The guide leads the programme and may change the order of stops depending on circumstances — traffic, queues, weather — while keeping its substance. If something major changes (a closed site or pass), they will let you know and suggest an alternative.

How long does the excursion last, and will we be back on time?

The duration is on the excursion page; start and end times are on “My Trip” after confirmation. Treat them as a guide: traffic and weather can shift the return. If you have a flight or a train in the evening, tell the guide in advance — they will plan the day with a margin.

Where and what do we eat?

As stated on the excursion page under “Programme” and “What’s included”. If lunch is not included, the guide will suggest a trusted place on the way, at your expense. Mention any dietary needs in the comment to your request.

Tastings and wine — are there any limits?

Tastings are part of many routes, but know your limits: there is a road ahead. The guide does not drink while driving. If a participant behaves dangerously or aggressively, the guide may stop the excursion.

Is it safe in the mountains? Do I need insurance?

The guide is responsible for safety on the road and knows the routes — follow their instructions on safety. Outdoor activity in the mountains carries natural risks: many routes go above 2,000 metres, so consider how you feel before the trip. We recommend arranging travel insurance yourself — we do not sell it.

I have limited mobility or a health condition. Is the route suitable?

Mention it in the comment to your request in your own words — we will pass it to the guide exactly as written and to no one else, and the guide will say whether the route suits you or how to adapt it. We do not give medical advice: that is a question for your doctor.

Who is responsible for my belongings and for damage to the car?

Personal belongings are your responsibility. Damage to the car or property caused through your fault is compensated to the guide directly.

Excursions and formats

What is the difference between a private and a group excursion?

Private — just your party, the guide and the car; priced per car, a more flexible route, the guide waits up to 30 minutes. Group — you travel with other travellers; priced per seat, cheaper, a fixed programme, and the group waits 15 minutes for latecomers.

How many people fit?

Capacity is shown on the excursion page and depends on the guide’s car. More of you — message the assistant: we will find a guide with a bigger vehicle or build a trip for you. For teams of 5 or more, there is the For companies page.

What language are excursions in?

Languages are listed on each excursion and in the guide’s profile; the catalogue has a language filter. Most often it is Russian and English; some guides offer other languages too.

How do I find the right excursion?

In the catalogue — filters by city and region, format, language, type and duration, plus a search by name. On the home page — “Popular now”. Don’t feel like choosing yourself — press “Help me choose”: three questions, and the assistant will send you two or three options.

Are there multi-day tours?

The catalogue is mostly one-day excursions. A trip over several days — with overnight stays and several regions — we build for you: fill in the Create a trip form. You book accommodation and tickets yourself; we take care of the route, the guide and the transport.

How does “Create a trip” work?

It is a free-form request for an excursion or trip that is not in the catalogue. You describe what you want: dates (exact or approximate), where you are coming from, how many of you, what interests you, comfort level, a budget guide and any wishes. The assistant handles the request: puts together a route and guides and sends a proposal to your messenger within 24 hours. Then you discuss and adjust — and the booking is made like any other: no prepayment, payment to the guide in person. The form is here.

Can I order a transfer or a car with a driver without an excursion?

Not as a separate service, not yet. Right now the site only takes requests for an excursion or a trip with a guide — the Create a trip form, handled by the assistant. If what you need fits into a trip with a guide, describe it there.

Do you book hotels, tickets, insurance or visas?

No. We do excursions, trips and the guides’ transport. Hotels, flights, insurance and visa matters you arrange yourself; the assistant can share common knowledge but will not advise on them.

Are there excursions from Batumi or Kutaisi?

See the “City / region” filter in the catalogue — it has the current list of starting points. If your city is not there, describe the trip in Create a trip: we will find a guide who starts from there, if it is possible.

Are excursions suitable for children and older people?

It depends on the route: check the duration, altitude and programme on the excursion page — or better, say who is travelling in the comment, and the guide will tell you whether the route suits you and suggest an option.

Guides

Who are Tamada’s guides?

Professionals who live in Georgia and have run excursions for years: each page shows experience, languages, car, excursions and reviews. A guide is an independent provider: your agreement for the excursion is with them, and we are the intermediary and your assistant. All guides are in the Guides section.

How do you check guides?

When a guide joins, we look at experience, documents, the car — documents, roadworthiness test, insurance — and reviews. After that, every guide has an internal points score: it grows with excursions delivered and good reviews, and drops for low ratings, lateness and cancellations that are the guide’s fault. A guide whose score falls below the threshold is taken off the site until they have talked to the manager; for serious breaches a guide is removed from the platform.

What does the “Founder” badge mean?

These are the guides Tamada started with — the team grew around them.

What do “online” and “replies in N minutes” mean on a profile?

“Online” — the guide has been active in the system in the last few minutes. “Replies in N minutes” — their average response time to requests. If there isn’t much data yet, we show the general rule: a reply within 2 hours.

How do I choose a guide?

Look through the profiles in the Guides section: experience, languages, car, reviews and the list of excursions. Not sure — press “Help me choose” or message the assistant, and they will suggest who fits your route and party best.

Can I message the guide directly?

Yes, once your booking is confirmed: the guide’s contact appears on “My Trip”, and from then on you talk directly. There is deliberately no “message” button on the guide’s page — before confirmation, the assistant will pass any question to the guide and come back with the answer.

How is a guide’s rating calculated?

From travellers’ reviews that have passed moderation: a rating of 1 to 5 hearts, with the average and the number of reviews shown on the profile. Guides do not write reviews about themselves and cannot hide a review just because of a low rating. Your review also affects the guide’s internal points score, which decides their place in the listing — so an honest rating matters.

Why are guides shown in this order?

Founding guides first, then by the guide’s points score: the system awards points for every excursion delivered and for travellers’ reviews (high ratings add, low ones subtract), and the manager can add or deduct points for lateness, a cancellation that was the guide’s fault, or helping colleagues. With equal scores — by the number of excursions run. In the catalogue, excursions by guides with higher scores also rank higher. Position in the list is not for sale.

Assistant and contact

Who is the Tamada assistant?

A real person who replies to you in your messenger on Tamada’s behalf: helps you choose an excursion, follows your request through, steps in if the guide is silent, handles date changes and cancellations, sorts out issues on the day and takes complaints. The assistant does not take money and does not run excursions.

How do I contact the assistant?

In Telegram, WhatsApp — the buttons are at the bottom of every page and on “My Trip”. We do not communicate by SMS or regular phone calls: we reply faster in a messenger. Email admin@tamada.com.ge is for formal complaints and data requests.

What are the assistant’s working hours?

09:00 to 23:00 Tbilisi time (UTC+4), seven days a week. At night an auto-reply kicks in, and in the morning you are answered first.

How quickly does the assistant reply?

During working hours, the first reply comes within 30 minutes. If a proper answer takes time — checking with the guide or the calendar — the assistant will still write within that time and say when they will get back to you.

Can I call?

By voice — only via a call inside the messenger and by arrangement in the chat: write “can I call?”, and the assistant will call if it really is quicker than typing. We do not take regular phone calls or SMS.

What is “Help me choose”?

A floating button on the site: three questions — where, when and who is travelling — and you get a selection of excursions, while the “message the assistant” button opens a chat with the text already filled in.

What language does the assistant write in?

Russian or English — whichever you write in.

Will Tamada send me advertising?

No. We only write about your booking: confirmation, a reminder, changes, and one request for a review after the excursion. Offers of new trips — only if you have agreed to receive them; you can opt out with the word “stop”.

Is there an app or a bot for travellers?

Not yet — everything works through the site, the “My Trip” page and your messenger. There is nothing to install.

Reviews

How do I leave a review?

The link to the review form comes from your guide — they will show you a QR code or send the link after the excursion. A rating of 1 to 5 hearts, what you liked, a couple of lines of text, your name and up to five photos. No registration; it takes two minutes. No link — message the assistant.

When will my review appear on the site?

After moderation — usually within one or two days. The review is published under the name you gave; your contact stays private.

Why wasn’t my review published?

We do not publish reviews containing insults, false claims, other people’s personal data, advertising or links to other services, or photos showing strangers close up without their consent. A low rating is not a reason for rejection: honest reviews get published. If you think we got it wrong, message the assistant. The review rules are in the Terms of Service.

Can I edit or delete my review?

Not yourself. Email admin@tamada.com.ge or message the assistant with what needs changing or deleting — we will do it.

Can I review just the guide, without an excursion?

Yes — the guide’s link leads to a review of that guide. You can leave the excursion unselected in the form and mention it in the text instead; we will match it.

Can I add photos?

Yes, up to five. The photos must be yours, and any people shown close up must agree to publication. By publishing a review you allow us to show the text, rating, name and photos on the site and in our social media; you can ask us to remove them at any time.

Who sees my review?

All visitors to the site: on the excursion page, in the guide’s profile and in the review selection on the home page. The name you gave is shown; your contact is never displayed.

Your data and “My Trip”

What data do you collect?

Only what the trip needs: name, messenger and contact, date, number of participants, comment, the language and currency you chose, and — if you came via a partner’s QR code — its code. The site does not ask for a passport, a bank card or health data. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Who is my data shared with?

The guide — name, contact, date, number of participants and comment, for this excursion only; they may not send you advertising or pass your data to anyone else. The assistant team — as far as needed for the work. Technology providers — hosting in Finland and visit statistics. Partners with QR codes receive no data. We do not sell data or pass it to advertising networks.

Do I need a passport?

No, the site does not ask for one — neither for booking nor for the excursion. Take an ID document with you just in case, as on any trip.

Is the “My Trip” link secure?

The page opens via a personal link with no password, so do not forward it to anyone: it shows your name, contact and bookings. If the link has reached someone else, message the assistant and we will close access to it.

How do I delete my data or get a copy?

Email admin@tamada.com.ge with the booking code or the contact you gave in the request — we may ask you to write from the same messenger to make sure it is you. We reply within 10 working days. Data we are legally required to keep cannot be deleted, but it is held with restricted access.

What cookies does the site use?

Essential: the currency you chose (up to a year) and the partner code you came with (30 days — so that the discount applies). Analytics — Yandex Metrica, to understand which pages are useful. There are no advertising cookies. You can disable them in your browser — the site will keep working, but will stop remembering your currency and partner discount.

How long is data kept?

Requests and bookings — 3 years after the excursion date; “Create a trip” requests and corporate briefs — 3 years after the last contact; reviews — while published, or until you ask us to delete them; technical logs — up to 90 days. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Can children use the site?

The site is for people over 18: an adult sends the request, and children are counted in the number of participants. We do not collect children’s data.

If something goes wrong

The excursion went badly. Who do I contact?

Message the assistant straight away, ideally on the day of the excursion — that is the fastest way to sort things out. We will clarify what happened, talk to the guide and come back to you with a resolution by the time we promise.

How do I make a formal complaint?

Email admin@tamada.com.ge with the booking code and what happened. We reply within 10 working days. Georgian law applies; the procedure is in the Terms of Service.

Can I get a refund?

Tamada does not take money from travellers, so there is nothing for us to refund: you pay the guide in person and only for an excursion that took place. If the excursion did not take place because of the guide, the weather or the roads — you pay nothing. A dispute about payment for an excursion that did take place — message the assistant; we take part in resolving it.

The guide didn’t show up or isn’t answering.

Message the assistant with the booking code immediately — they will contact the guide and, if the guide is unreachable, will try to find a replacement for today. There is no charge for an excursion that did not take place.

The guide suggests arranging it directly, for less.

Booking through the site means the assistant is in touch, the price is fixed and the cancellation rules apply; arranging it “off the site” means losing all of that. If a guide suggests it, we would be grateful if you told the assistant. And a guide you liked can simply be chosen on the site next time: a request sent from their page goes straight to them.

I damaged the guide’s car or left something behind.

Damage to the car or property caused through your fault is compensated to the guide directly — agree it with them on the spot; the assistant will help you get in touch. Left something behind — message the guide or the assistant and we will look for it.

The assistant isn’t replying.

Check the time: the assistant works 09:00 to 23:00 Tbilisi time and replies in the morning to night-time messages. During working hours, write again with the booking code; if it is urgent and on the day of the excursion, message the guide too — their contact is on “My Trip”.

The site isn’t working, or the request won’t send.

Refresh the page and try again; if that does not help, message the assistant and they will make the request by hand. If the request went through several times, we will close the duplicates ourselves.

For companies

What do you do for companies?

Trips for teams of 5 to 60 people: Kakheti with a feast, Kazbegi, Mtskheta, two-day programmes around the regions. The programme, guides, cars or a coach, a winery, a restaurant, timing — and one manager in touch from the brief until you are back. Details are on the For companies page.

How do I order a corporate trip?

Fill in the brief on the For companies page: company, number of participants, dates, a budget guide (don’t know yet — say so, that is enough) and a contact. Within 48 hours we will send a programme and an estimate.

How much does it cost?

The estimate is built for your group — transport, guides, a winery, lunch, entrance tickets — so we give the price after the brief, not “roughly”. The proposal shows the total and the price per person, what is included and what is not, and how the price changes if the number of participants changes.

How does a company pay?

By contract and invoice to your legal entity. We send the payment terms and procedure together with the proposal.

What don’t you organise?

Flights, visas, accommodation, team-building trainers and insurance. If it suits you to split it: you take care of accommodation and tickets, and we take care of the programme for your days in Georgia.

Can the programme be in English?

Yes: guides work in Russian and English, and the programme and estimate come in the language of our correspondence.

There are fewer than 5 of us.

Then a regular excursion is simpler — the private format, priced per car; see the catalogue. Or build a trip for your company via Create a trip.

When are the dates considered booked?

Dates are secured for you by the contract. Before signing, we hold them informally and will warn you if a second request comes in for the same dates.

Do you publish photos and case studies from corporate trips?

Only with the client’s written consent — by default, a corporate trip does not appear on the site or in social media.
