Version dated 11 September 2026
This agreement is a contract between you and Nikolai Pavlov, who operates the website tamada.com.ge (“Tamada”, “we”, “us”). By opening the site, sending a request or talking to our assistant, you accept these terms. If you disagree with something, please do not use the site; if something is unclear, write to us and we will explain.
1. Words used below
Site — tamada.com.ge with all of its pages in Russian and English.
Operator — Nikolai Pavlov, a private individual. Address: 16 Bochormo Street, Tbilisi, Georgia. E-mail: admin@tamada.com.ge.
Tamada, Platform — the service for finding and booking excursions and trips in Georgia, run by the Operator.
Guide — an independent service provider (a tour guide or driver-guide) who has listed their excursions on the Platform. A Guide is not an employee or representative of the Operator.
Excursion — a Guide’s service as described on its page: route, programme, duration, what the price includes, price and format (private — priced per car; group — priced per seat).
You, Traveller — a visitor of the Site who sends a request or otherwise uses the Platform.
Request — a booking request for an Excursion sent through the Site or through the Assistant.
Confirmed Booking — a Request that the Guide has confirmed.
Assistant — Tamada’s support team, which replies to you in messengers.
“My Trip” — your personal page with your bookings, available via the link we send you after a Request.
Booking Rules — the Booking & Cancellation Rules; they form part of this agreement.
Policy — the Privacy Policy.
2. What Tamada is and what we do
Tamada is a showcase of excursions run by guides, and a service that helps you choose, book and enjoy your trip. We display excursions, receive requests, pass them on to the Guide, tell you the Guide’s answer and support you through the Assistant before and during the trip.
The Excursion itself is provided by the Guide. The contract for the Excursion is concluded between you and the Guide at the moment the Guide confirms your Request, on the terms of the Excursion page, the Booking Rules and this agreement. The Operator is not a party to that contract: we are the intermediary that connected you with the Guide and helps both of you.
We are not a tour operator in the package-holiday sense: we do not sell tickets, accommodation or insurance. We vet guides when they join — experience, documents, vehicles, reviews — and monitor quality through reviews and feedback, but responsibility for delivering the Excursion lies with the Guide.
Using the Site is free. No registration is required.
3. How booking works
You choose an Excursion, a date and the number of participants, leave your name and a messenger contact and send a Request. The Guide receives it immediately and usually replies within 2 hours during the Assistant’s working hours (09:00–23:00 Tbilisi time); a Request sent at night is answered in the morning. We send the reply to your chosen messenger and to your “My Trip” page.
A Request by itself binds neither you nor the Guide. Obligations arise once the Request is confirmed. If the Guide cannot run the Excursion on the chosen date, we will offer another date or another guide; if nothing suits you, the Request is closed and you owe nothing.
A Request may be sent by a person aged 18 or over. If you book for several people, you are responsible for making sure your companions know the terms of the Excursion and of these documents.
Timing, changes, cancellation, late arrival and children are covered in detail in the Booking Rules.
4. Prices and payment
The price of an Excursion is set by the Guide. Prices on the Site are shown in Georgian lari (GEL) — this is the main and final price. Amounts in other currencies are shown for convenience and are converted at the National Bank of Georgia rate on the day they are displayed, or at a rate specified for a particular Excursion; if you pay in another currency, the amount may differ slightly because of the exchange rate on the day of payment.
There is no prepayment. You pay the Guide on the day of the Excursion, in the way you agree with the Guide in advance; by default — in cash, in lari. The Operator does not accept payments from Travellers and does not issue payment documents for the Excursion — these are issued by the Guide in accordance with their legal status.
The price includes what is listed on the Excursion page under “What’s included”. Unless stated otherwise, the price does not include entrance tickets, food and drinks beyond those listed, personal expenses and tips.
Partner-code discounts and other promotions apply on the terms described in the Booking Rules and on the promotion page.
5. Your obligations
By using the Platform, you agree to:
- provide your real name and contact in the Request and stay reachable in the chosen messenger — otherwise the Guide and the Assistant will not be able to contact you;
- arrive at the meeting point on time and let us know about changes of plans as described in the Booking Rules;
- tell us in advance about children in your party and about anything that matters for the route (for example, limited mobility or how you feel at altitude — many routes go above 2,000 metres), so that the Guide can tell you whether this Excursion suits you;
- comply with the laws of Georgia, the rules of churches, monasteries and nature reserves (including dress requirements) and the Guide’s safety instructions;
- treat the Guide’s vehicle and the property of the Guide and third parties with care; damage caused through your fault is compensated by you directly to the Guide or the injured party;
- not use the Site for spam, mass mailing, automated data collection or anything that interferes with the Platform.
The Guide may stop the Excursion if a participant’s behaviour is dangerous to themselves, other participants or the Guide, or breaks the law; payment for the part of the Excursion actually delivered remains due.
6. What we guarantee and what we are not responsible for
We do our best to keep excursion descriptions, prices, photos and guide information accurate and up to date, and we update them as soon as we learn of changes. The programme of an Excursion may be adjusted for objective reasons — weather, closed roads and passes, sites closed to visitors, traffic. In that case the Guide will warn you and offer an alternative; the procedure is described in the Booking Rules.
The Operator is not responsible, as a service provider, for the quality of the Excursion or the Guide’s actions, but we accept your complaints, take part in resolving disputes between you and the Guide, and may remove a Guide from the Platform.
The Operator is not responsible for the services of third parties you encounter on the trip (restaurants, wineries, museums, hotels), for the operation of messengers and communications, for temporary unavailability of the Site, or for indirect losses and lost profit. Where the Operator’s liability arises, it is limited to the extent permitted by the laws of Georgia.
Outdoor activities in the mountains involve natural risks. Assess your health before the trip; we recommend arranging travel insurance yourself.
7. Reviews and your content
After the Excursion you can leave a review — via the link on “My Trip” or the link your Guide gives you. A review may include a rating, text, your name and up to five photos.
By leaving a review you confirm that it is based on your own experience, and you agree not to post insults, false statements, other people’s personal data, advertising or links to other services. Photos must be taken by you; if other people appear in them close-up, you must have their consent.
By publishing a review you grant the Operator a free, perpetual, worldwide permission to display the text, rating, your name and photos on the Site, in our social media and in materials about the Platform, and to correct typos and crop photos without changing the meaning. You can ask us to remove a review or photos at any time — write to admin@tamada.com.ge.
Reviews are checked before publication. We may decline to publish, hide or remove a review that breaks these rules, as well as upon a justified complaint. The author is responsible for the content of their review.
8. Intellectual property
The texts, photos, logo, the name “Tamada”, the design and the code of the Site belong to the Operator or are used with the permission of guides and other rights holders. You may use the Site for personal purposes and share links to its pages. Copying, reproducing, automatically collecting or commercially using the Site’s materials without our written permission is not allowed.
9. Personal data
What data we receive, why, who we share it with (first of all — the Guide, so that they can contact you and run the Excursion) and what rights you have is described in the Privacy Policy. By sending a Request you confirm that you have read it.
10. The “My Trip” link
The “My Trip” page opens via a personal link without a password and contains your name, contact and booking details. Do not share the link with strangers. If you think the link has reached someone else, write to the Assistant — we will disable access to it.
11. Changes to this agreement
We may change this agreement. The new version is published on the Site with its update date and applies from the moment of publication to new Requests. A Confirmed Booking is governed by the version in force at the time of confirmation.
12. Governing law and disputes
The laws of Georgia apply to this agreement.
If something goes wrong, write to us first — to the Assistant in a messenger or to admin@tamada.com.ge. We reply to complaints within 10 working days and try to resolve the matter without formalities. If we cannot reach an agreement, the dispute is heard by the court at the Operator’s location in Tbilisi, unless consumer-protection legislation provides otherwise for you.
The agreement is published in Russian and English. In case of discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.
